1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BigDataESIM website (bigdataesim.com) or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Our Service

BigDataESIM Ltd provides digital eSIM data plans for use in Pakistan. Our service includes:

• Sale of eSIM data plans for Pakistan (1GB to 20GB)
• Digital delivery of eSIM QR codes via email
• Access to the My Account portal to view orders and usage
• Customer support via email

We act as a reseller of eSIM connectivity provided by our network partner, eSIMAccess. Network performance, coverage, and availability are subject to the underlying carrier networks in Pakistan (Jazz, Telenor, Zong, Ufone).

3. Eligibility

To use our service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a device that is eSIM-compatible and unlocked
• Have a valid email address to receive your QR code
• Have a valid payment method accepted by Stripe

By completing a purchase, you confirm that your device supports eSIM technology. We are not responsible for purchases made on incompatible devices, though we will consider refund requests in line with our Refund Policy.

4. Accounts

You may create an account to manage your orders and eSIMs. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@bigdataesim.com

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction or policy.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order

When you click "Buy", you are making an offer to purchase the selected eSIM plan at the price displayed. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We are not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or card issuer. PKR prices shown on our website are indicative only based on live exchange rates and are not guaranteed.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the stated amount for your order.

6. Delivery & Activation

eSIM QR codes are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, typically within seconds of payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.

• Data validity begins from the date of first use in Pakistan, not from the purchase date
• QR codes are single-use and cannot be reinstalled once scanned — do not delete the eSIM profile unless you intend to stop using it
• Compatibility — it is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM before purchasing
• Top-ups are available via the Track My eSIM page using your order number or ICCID

7. Fair Use & Acceptable Use

Our eSIM plans are intended for personal use only. You must not:

• Use the eSIM for commercial data resale or as a mobile hotspot for commercial purposes
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pakistani telecommunications law
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or circumvent any technical or security measures
• Use automated systems to abuse our ordering process

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel eSIM service without refund if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, BigDataESIM Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profit, business, or revenue arising from use or inability to use our eSIM service
• Interruptions to network coverage caused by the underlying Pakistani carriers
• Losses arising from your failure to install or use the eSIM correctly
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, design, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to BigDataESIM Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our service at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bigdataesim.com. Closing your account does not affect any outstanding orders or obligations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, UK law, or best practice. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page.

Continued use of our website or service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we ask that you contact us at support@bigdataesim.com to allow us to resolve the issue directly. We will always aim to resolve disputes fairly and quickly.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you also have rights under the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme and may contact the UK's Citizens Advice for independent guidance.
