If you believe you're eligible for a refund, follow these steps. We process all requests within 2 business days and respond to every email.
Include your order number (starts with BDE-), the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team verifies your order status β whether the QR code has been scanned and whether any data has been consumed. We respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we cancel the eSIM on our end and initiate the refund. You'll receive a confirmation email from us and from Stripe/your payment provider.
Refunds take 5β10 business days to appear depending on your bank. The refund is issued to the original payment method β no exceptions.
If your eSIM fails to activate or doesn't work in Pakistan due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to either a full refund or a free replacement eSIM β your choice.
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used data. For example, if you purchase a 5GB plan and use 2GB, we cannot refund the remaining 3GB. However, if you run out of data before your validity period ends, you can top up via the Track My eSIM page.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been provisioned (i.e. the QR code email hasn't been sent yet), please contact us immediately at support@bigdataesim.com. We process orders quickly β typically within minutes of payment β so please act fast.
Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered to your email, the order is considered fulfilled and standard refund eligibility applies as described above.
Orders placed using promotional codes or discounts are subject to the same refund policy. The refund amount will reflect the discounted price actually paid β not the full retail price.
BigDataESIM Ltd is registered in England & Wales. As a UK-based company, we comply fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under these regulations, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded or started β which includes eSIM profiles that have been scanned/installed.
However, we go beyond the legal minimum by offering a 30-day refund window for un-scanned eSIMs, and by handling every case individually and fairly.
