eSIMs are digital products. Once a QR code is scanned and the eSIM profile is installed on your device, the product has been delivered and consumed β€” similar to how a downloaded digital file cannot be "returned". This is standard policy across all eSIM providers worldwide.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, follow these steps. We process all requests within 2 business days and respond to every email.

πŸ› οΈ Technical Failures & Network Issues

If your eSIM fails to activate or doesn't work in Pakistan due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to either a full refund or a free replacement eSIM β€” your choice.

Note on network coverage: Our eSIMs connect to Jazz, Telenor, Zong, and Ufone. Coverage may be limited in very remote or mountainous areas of Pakistan. Reduced coverage in specific remote locations does not qualify as a technical failure for refund purposes.

βš–οΈ Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for partially used data. For example, if you purchase a 5GB plan and use 2GB, we cannot refund the remaining 3GB. However, if you run out of data before your validity period ends, you can top up via the Track My eSIM page.

🚫 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been provisioned (i.e. the QR code email hasn't been sent yet), please contact us immediately at support@bigdataesim.com. We process orders quickly β€” typically within minutes of payment β€” so please act fast.

Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered to your email, the order is considered fulfilled and standard refund eligibility applies as described above.

🎁 Promotional & Discounted Orders

Orders placed using promotional codes or discounts are subject to the same refund policy. The refund amount will reflect the discounted price actually paid β€” not the full retail price.

BigDataESIM Ltd is registered in England & Wales. As a UK-based company, we comply fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under these regulations, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded or started β€” which includes eSIM profiles that have been scanned/installed.

However, we go beyond the legal minimum by offering a 30-day refund window for un-scanned eSIMs, and by handling every case individually and fairly.
